Well After seeing Polina and Alejandro raise the bar for the speedpaintings I felt kinda bad about the last batch so I spent a solid hour on this one and tried to refine my process a little. I feel it has a nice feeling to it without having spent too much time rendering or "noodling" it.

LOL yeah but the nice ones I do usually use refrance XP Alejandro sets the bar high =)
I can assure you: I've already cracked from the pressure to "stay good". XD
(I guess we were all supposed to be doing sunsets?)
Nah its an accident, but it happens that sunset is a lot easier to speedpaint than say noon because you don't have to deal with as much form and its easier than say overcast or diffused lighting because you don't have to deal with as much texture. Its more silhouette which is easier to handle in a limited timeframe. I want to start playing with texture but am trying to decide whether I need to do urban texture first or natural landscape textures.
